At E.D. Marshall Jewelers, we stand behind the quality of our fine jewelry and timepieces with a 14-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact to qualify for processing.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our concierge team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a secure shipping label.

Secure Packaging

Place your item in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original certification, appraisals, and documentation.

Insured Shipping

Affix the provided prepaid FedEx insured label to your package and drop it off at a staffed FedEx location; do not use a drop box for high-value jewelry shipments.

Inspection and Refund

Once received, our gemologists will inspect the item for authenticity and condition, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
